Shipping your Gel Fireplace
Your Gel fireplace will come direct to your home by UPS. Usally there are between two and four boxes for a gel or electric fireplace.
Free Shipping! At this time we are still offering free shipping on all products on this site. This is a real bonus as shipping cost on a fireplace averages about $67.20 up to $144.00 per fireplace that we include for you.
How Long does it take to receive my new Fireplace?
1) After placing your order it takes about 2 business days to prepare your fireplace for shipment.
2) UPS will then pickup the fireplace and bring it to your home taking about 5 business days depending on where you live. Our warehouse is located in Wisconsin.
3) We will send you the tracking information for your fireplace as soon as it is available.
How Long does it take to receive Gelfuel?
We do offer same day processing on all orders. The Gelfuel is labeled at our warehouse in Wisconsin within a day of ordering. Due to the heavy weight of the cases of gelfuel, many times a commercial LTL truck will carry the fuel for the first part of the journer and then deliver it to UPS to complete the journey. We will send you the tracking usually the business day after order, but do not be alarmed if you look it up online and it says "Label Created". The trucking company has your package and it is on the way. Try tracking a day or so later it the delivery day will appear.

Just Fireplaces
All major shipping companies are not allowed to ship any gel fuel products by air as government regulations will not allow the flammable material on a plane. We are only able to ship within the cont. United States and unable to ship to AK or HI also for the same reason.
