Gel Fireplaces are Convenient and Clean Burning
Gel Fireplaces burn canisters of Gel Fuel which are concealed behind a set of cast, concrete logs. The flames come up well beyond the height of the log set and logs usually will have cavities where you may see the flame through the log.
Burning one canister at a time makes a nice flame, however you may burn up to three cans of gel fuel at a time for a very impressive flame and additional heat. Each can produces about 3000 BTUs of heat.
Simply strip off the label from the can, open the top and ignite the gel fuel with a long nose ligher. Our gel fuel will start slowly and will build up to a ful flame in about 2 minutes.
Our RealFlame gel fuel is sold in cases of 12 or 24 canisters. Each can will burn for about 3 hours. The cost is similar to one burning the wax fire logs in a traditional wood burning fireplace...but no fumes or venting is needed while burning gel fuel

Our Gel Canisters Produce a Beautiful Flame

These fireplaces are not to be confused with the gel fireplaces where you pour an fuel into a tray. Our canisters hold enough to fuel to produce a nice flame which will even pop and crackle while burning.
Should you need to leave the house...Our long handled snuffer will extinguish the flame so you may replace the lid after a few minutes of cooling. When you return, you may open the lid again and ignite the unused gel fuel.

Convert Your Wood Burning Fireplace
Converting your wood burning fireplace to a Gel Fireplace is easy. Once you have cleaned out your wood fireplace, set our specially designed gel log kit inside and close your damper. All of the heat will no longer be going up the chimney.
This is far less expensive than paying for a gas line, gas logs and the electrical hookup needed for gas logs.
If you have glass doors on your wood fireplace, you will be able to open them while a gel fireplace is burning as they produce no smoke.
While not designed as a primary heating source, these log sets are perfect for that occasional fire which does produce some heat, but the sight of the fire burning alone makes one feel warmer inside.
